Plus am not going to sugarcoat some funky “l🙄ve yourself sermon” and remind you how awesome you are, your commendable hidden personality (that will probably need to be seen with a microscope) blablabla…truth is you might just be the opposite.
Loving yourself doesn’t mean accepting/claiming perfection. It’s realizing that it’s okay to have flaws as a human being and working towards building a better YOU.
Remember your journey to your becoming. Reminisce on the good and the bad times…for all those times you broke down, and for every moment you stood back up.
